Carbonate esters

The newly invested Jiangsu Hankang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. adopts a new generation of automated, continuous distillation combined with melt crystallization processes, efficiently producing high-purity VC and FEC, and continuously providing customers with high-quality products and services. The company researches, produces, and sells other carbonate additives: vinyl ethylene carbonate (VEC), ethylene bis-carbonate (EBC), and difluoroethylene carbonate (DFEC), among others, which have been delivered to customers in bulk. The company plans to continuously develop new carbonate additives and provide customized services to customers.

Phosphate esters

Hankang has developed products such as TPP and TMSP based on phosphate ester structures. TPP is an additive with independent intellectual property rights and unique performance, and adding a small amount can significantly improve the high-temperature cycling performance of high-voltage ternary batteries.

Sulfate esters

Hankang has extensive experience in the research, development, and production of sulfate additives, including products such as DTD and TDT. DTD utilizes the latest continuous and automated production processes to achieve high-purity, low-acid solid products. Additionally, DTD is also produced as a carbonate solution product, making it convenient for electrolyte customers to configure and use.

Nitriles

Based on the excellent performance of cyano groups in inhibiting metal ion dissolution, Hankang has developed products such as DENE and triglycerol trinitrile. Targeting the high boiling point characteristics of nitrile additives, it has designed a more optimized purification process, effectively improving lithium-related indicators such as color and main content, and enhancing product quality stability.

Lithium salts

Hankang continuously enriches its additive categories through ongoing R&D innovation, successfully developing the preparation process for a series of lithium salt additives, forming products such as lithium tetrafluoroborate, lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate, lithium difluorobis(oxalato)phosphate, and lithium difluorophosphate, providing more comprehensive products and services to electrolyte customers.
